Very good food reminds me of the places we ate at in San Jose. They have really fixed up the place too.

This is the Place...Deep Mecican Tacos, Dishes....No Cocktails, but the Food Makes it all that Good!

Called in an order for tamales-half pork, half chicken. Order ready on arrival. I drive 25 minutes for these. So worth it. Filling is generous and well-flavored. Masa tender. Counter personnel are friendly and efficient. Go there for good Mexican treats.

The portion is great and the food tastes amazing. The shopping center is dingy and the restaurant is tucked in behind the store. You have to walk through a very tight grocery/convenient Mexican store to get to the restaurant in the back. But once you get there, get ready to enjoy. The meat options for the tacos are great too: beef tongue, pig head, pork skin, etc. in addition to the regular ones.

Chicken tostadas were ok but the beans and rice were very bland. Won't be ordering from them again!

The El Primo tacos were lukewarm, with little flavor. The beef was cut with pieces of potatoes. The enchaladas carnidas were pretty good, but the sauce tasted like cheese mixed with mustard. You don't want to eat at the sheetmetal tables in the shed; they are close to roaring traffic on Manatee, and the benches are stickey. Take your food and drive out of there.

This spot is worth a visit. They serve big portions for fair prices. Regularly clean and with good atmosphere. Would recommend to others.

I had an excellent time at this spot. We enjoyed the awesome vibes and the menu. The waiters are super personal. I am glad we finally managed to try this place.

Colorful quick cheap

We ordered tacos and tostadas today from here and were let down. We thought we were going to get picadillo on them and we received corn beef hash. We will NOT return nor will we ever recommend this place to anyone. Would rather not give any stars, but goggle makes you put at least one.

I wish I could say that I took the time to take a picture before completely finishing off my plate, but I can't! I had a combo platter with barbacoa and al pastor meat and it was INCREDIBLE! The young lady behind the counter was courteous and represented the restaurant in a very good manner, I will definitely come back.

I see my 1 star review was deleted. The last time I was there, I had called in 2 crunchy beef tacos with extra meat to bring back to my office. I took one bite and almost fell over. CANNED ROAST BEEF HASH ! REALLY ? This was almost 2 years ago. I posted this same review then. Let's see how long before this also is deleted.

Delicious! Ordered tostadas and nachos supreme. All the veggies were bright and fresh. The serving size was generous and the people were nice. 10\10 would recommend.

This place is amazing! I’m not the biggest fan of Mexican food but I would eat here any day of the week. Everything is made fresh and the girl behind the counter is super helpful and polite. The prices are very reasonable. I wish I could give more than five stars.

Great food a usual but I heard the microwave in the kitchen. So they microwave some of the food instead of cooking it.

My mom got the streak plate the steak had no seasoning but the portion was great for the price. I got a stuffed chicken gordita which was absolutely fabulous and the green sauce the give you is awesome.

This place is behind the apartment complex that my friends live in. I live in Ohio and every time I visit I DEMAND we go here. The chips are delicious, the rice is perfect and all of their meats are the bomb!!

Was only here in town for a week but I found this place looking for some good tacos and I hit the jackpot! I actually went twice it was that good!

If you’re looking for a traditional Mexican taqueria in Bradenton this is the place. The carne asada burrito is always perfect. Just add the hot sauce to bring out the right amount of heat. Burritos are now $6 and worth every penny.

This place is amazing! Being from Southern California, most of the Mexican food out here can’t compare, but this place does the job. The staff was very sweet, accommodating, and helpful. They food is a great price for what you get and is always fresh. Will keep coming back! The salsa is delicious too!

Yes , yes. If its Mexican street food your in search of...this is it. We had the gordita plate and it was out standing...now remember authentic relies on the food to bring the flavor and add your salsa to taste...awesome.

Awesome place to eat. Come early to beat the traffic and long lines that form here because the food is that good. Don't worry about the language barrier they do speak English so your good to go on that. Take our or dine in your covered either way.

Was a favorite for a while...then found out it would close at random times. Says open until 8 but have walked up at 6:40pm, sign on door stated closed and door locked (many times)...however had customers in there with the lights on. Also never answers the phone, and recently raised prices.
